Shipping policy

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If a courier cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

A flat shipping fee applies to every order. Orders above our free-shipping threshold qualify for free delivery — the exact amounts are shown on your cart and checkout pages.

Shipping is calculated before GST and is included in your order total at checkout.

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number (when provided by the courier). You can also view order status and tracking on your Orders page after logging in.

Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
