You must provide accurate information when registering and placing orders. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will refund any payment if we do so.

Products are handmade; slight variations in colour and bead pattern are normal and part of the charm.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; confirmed orders are honoured at the price paid.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

ButterflyMom is a small family-run shop. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Maharashtra, unless consumer protection law grants you jurisdiction elsewhere.
